A Plus Group started its journey, aiming to build state of the art facility in the ready-made garments industry, with the establishment of A Plus Industries Limited, a 100% export oriented ready-made garments manufacturer, in 1996.

A Plus group manufactures various types of woven, knit and circular knit garments. These include shirts, t-shirts, tops, trousers, skirts, shorts, swimwear, sweaters and jackets for every age and gender.

Since its inception, this company ensures superior quality, excellent workmanship and on-time delivery of the products in order to maintain pleasant business relation with the customers. Followed by the success of A Plus Industries Limited, A Plus Group started expanding its business activities and subsequently founded A Plus Sweater Limited and Amir Shirt’s Limited as apparel manufacturers.

One of the strengths of A Plus Group includes skilled and experienced personnel. It operates a complete and systematic merchandising department that comprises professionals with dynamic knowledge and comprehensive experience to cater the need of the customers. Besides, the R&D and sampling departments are supervised by trained engineers to certify quality and efficiency.

Assurance of providing safe working environment to the employees and complying with labour rights are in the core of A Plus Group. The apparel concerns of the group include child care and emergency medical assistance. Fire emergency evacuation plan is also in place and fire drill is practiced periodically.

Design

To help sure your brand keeps its status, fashionable designs are crucial. With the help of our in-house design team, we can make designs for you, modify your original designs or use a design from our collection that can be modified to suit your brand. In addition, our technicians can advise you in what artwork-techniques can be used to achieve the wanted outcome

Order

Our team of Merchandisers, all fluent in English, closely follow the orders and make sure all your comments are followed. Starting from the 1st samples, we contribute by giving constructive ideas on styles in order to improve quality and speed up the sampling process. In addition, we make sure to track down potential difficulties in an early stage, so they can be taken care of well before production and won’t cause a delay in delivery.

Quality

Our Quality Control dept. is made up of qualified inspectors who have worked in our factory for many years, objective inspection reports can be given upon request by either our QC- team or 3rd party inspectors. Inline inspections are done to make sure potential problems that only come up in production, are found in an early stage, so that they can still be changed.

Packing

We will ensure all products are packaged optimally and ship your products in compliance with all of your instructions. We ensure that your products arrive at their destination in personalized packaging and on time. We can take care of all your shipping needs, whether it is FOB or door to door (CIF), you are in good hands.

Departments

Responsibilities of sewing department are
Machine placement according to the lay out , Receiving fabrics cut parts according to style, color & size from cutting section , Proper use of man power , Fulfilling production target , Following PP sample during sewing , Increasing individual process production.

Responsibilities of IE Depertment are
Recruitment of sewing operators through standard test ,Evaluation of existing production target and fix a new production target ,Extend work measurement in other processes like cutting section and finishing section , Constant control of direct labor cost , Data analysis and look into monthly trends of each KPIs , Preparing daily production reports, Monthly improvements reports with graphical presentation , Time study and updating time study database including videos on constant basis , Research on motion study and implementation of the better system to eliminate excess motions , Research on new machinery and latest systems that meets companies long term goal and preparing cost benefits analysis and ROI for the same , Initiative on lean manufacturing, learning of lean tools and looking for scope of implementation ,Research and development for samples prior to production start .

Responsibilities of Store Depertment are
Receiving trim card from merchandiser , Checkingaccessoriesaccording to trim card , Fabric checking and receiving store , Sewing thread checking , Packaging accessories checking , Lining fabric checking , Barcode label, Care label, main label, size label checking.

Responsibilities of cutting department are
Fabric receiving from store , Pattern receiving from sample section , Marker making , Fabric laying , Fabric relaxation (if necessary) , Fabric cutting , Sorting , Numbering and bundling , Sending to sewing.

Responsibilities of Quality department(Sewing) are
Checking every complete garment, oil mark, dirt spot, foreign yarn marks, fabric fault , Checking the ironing of complete garment , Control the measurement and tolerance , Preparing the pre-final quality report , Checking getup property.

Responsibilities of Quality department(Cutting) are
Preparing batch wise cutting report and sending to the authorized person , Preparing weekly cutting report , Control the cutting quality for bulk production, shrinkage & consumption ,Looking after cutting & band knife machine.

Responsibilities of finishing department are
Inside check (thread cutting) , Body measurement , Ironing , Supervising the poly packing & cartooning. , Barcode label checking , Maintaining the daily finished garments record (All accessories are checked with trim card).
