The company is having well experienced and highly professional staff and workforce, these experienced and professional work force is main asset of A PLUS GROUP. A PLUS INDUSTRIES LTD has a complete and systematic Merchandising department, with experienced Merchandisers to cater the needs` of the customer. A PLUS has a very strong sourcing capability both Imported and local. Also the Development and sampling department under the guidance of the Merchandisers are preparing development and or the customer. As tother sample fime passed we acquired ITS Certificate. We believe in Welfre and safety of our workers. We are maintaining the highest standard of safety. 1. The Factory has its own 2 continuous Disel Generator (250+250 eKW). |
| |
2. We have latest hi-tech Gas boiler with capacity of 1+1 ton. |
| |
3. Cutting section is equipped with latest COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN (CAD) system, Gerber Spreader, Gerber Cutting; we also have facility for In-house fabric Inspection, Dice cutting and Rib Cutting. |

4. Our Sewing machines are equipped with auto trimmers, Lock stitch Button stitch, Chain stitch machines and Auto Button Hole Machines. |

5. Our Quality Control department is separate from the Production department, this department reports directly to the Managing Director. SPC system is introduced in the Production Line and this department under Quality assurance Manager only deals with quality. |

6. Factory has in-house fully air-conditioned and equipped medical centre with full time qualified doctor and nurse for treatment of the workers. Free medicine, vaccination and hospitalization provided by the company. |

7. Factory has full furnished Crèche (Child Care center) with full time trained attendant. |

8. Factory has dining arrangement for its worker, where worker can have their lunch. |
| |
9. Factory is fitted with Industrial Cooling system in order to provide comfort to the workers. |
