In our Compliance factory, we do not discriminate against any employees on the basis of their gender color, race, tribes or religion; and actual implementation of COC and of ILO conventions fundamental declaration of rights at work that declares that all members by virtue of membership in the organization are bound to respect and enforce eight conventions under four categories.
Though Bangladesh has not ratified convention 138 concerning minimum age, but our establishment follow the minimum age requirements. So, we take pride in abolition of child labor. The employment in our facility depends on their ability to do the job.
There is no correct definition of COC in any where of the place but due to work environments and facility size, COC’s always supported by local labor law, ILO convention, good practices, and any other rules and regulations.
In actual labor standards, we care for how people are paid, and provide job security and safety through our daily supervision. In the second sense, codes of conduct are formal policies, which support our corporate code of conduct in certain ways.
